The LOCK IN is a yearly gathering of leaders to dialogue about leadership, learn about leadership, and to grow as a leader.
What is the WIN:
We know we’ve been successful if our leaders come away with some NEW IDEAS to help them GROW personally, some NEW IDEAS to help them in the areas they are LEADING & a feeling of CONNECTION with other leaders and the church.
